3° International Conference - ALTERED STATES of CONSCIOUSNESS 2010

Sandi Jug

Sandi dedicated a large part of his life mission to the research of the phenomena, which people experience in altered states of consciousness. He was drawn in studying and teaching about the activity of a human cognitive apparatus in relation to conscious phenomena such as out of body experience, lucid dreaming, near death experiences, etc.

As a pioneer in Slovenian region, he begun organizing and teaching out of body experiences in 2000. Later, he also introduced workshops on attaining lucid dreaming, development of cognitive skills, relaxation, creative thinking and perception. His workshops offer deep and systemized insight into those experiences, and direct guided experience of the altered states of consciousness. He implements his programme mostly in Slovenia and Italy, and occasionally elsewhere around the world. He and his wife Manica are sharing a large part of their knowledge with successful Slovenian enterprises.

Sandi wrote a number of specialized articles, which cover the above mentioned topics. He is the author of a book »Altered States of Consciousness with the handbook for achieving out of body experiences and lucid dreaming«. He is also the architect of the conference.

COLLECTIVE PERCEPTION of SUBTLE WORLDS

Within the altered states of consciousness one of the most fascinating perceptions at all is the case of intertwined internally and externally perceived contents, whereas the two worlds merge into a new 'multi-dimensional' structure. Magic effects of visual experiences, that are also found in the sound, kinaesthetic, olfactory and gustatory perception, are poorly studied phenomena, literally calling for closer attention.

Perception of internal dimensions (with eyes open) that is spatially and temporally merging with sensing the external environment, is by itself a powerful experience, which is further potentiated by a higher level of perception intensity. The experience becomes even more memorable when several people simultaneously experience the same, collective perception...

Sandi's lecture will focus on the explanation of the phenomenon itself. He will talk about the process of gaining awareness of collective perception of subtle worlds, in combination with sensory perception.

Welcome!
